 Planning Stages

From selecting a venue to determining an event style we are here to advise and guide you through the process. Menu selections, floral needs, rental lists, transportation, entertainment, invitations, and beverages are all service needs we will help you fulfill. As part of our services we will happily prepare your rental order using reliable companies that we have working experience with. As a fully licensed bartending company, we will facilitate the alcohol order and make all arrangements for TIPS certified bartenders. 

Day of Services

We do offer day of coordinating services as well. When the day arrives, wake up feeling confident that things will go as planned. Our staff can help plan out the timeline, run the rehearsal ceremony, plan and set up any decor as well as keep the event running smoothly from the first look to the last dance. 

   Tables up, chairs down, linens over, flowers out, places set, place cards out, votives lit, coats checked just to list a few of the tasks we will manage. You can be confident we will be on schedule and ready with things in place when guests begin to mingle. Our service staff will be there to anticipate your guests needs. When the music stops our staff will quickly work to neatly tidy up the site.  We are not done until the last chair is stacked.
